Only Damaged and Wrong Products were returned, all other reasons are not acceptable, so we do not accept your return request.  All the terms are mentioned in the description and also original product picture is available in all products, so other reasons can not be acceptable. only damaged and wrong items were returned and exchanged. also need a 360 DEGREE product opening video and the unboxing product video is a must. The package is opened before the video is recorded, this reason is not valid.
